Helping you move forward, one step at a time.

I am passionate about helping people move through life changes with clarity, compassion, and practical support.

Hi, I’m Beth Fairchild! I’m a Licensed Master’s Clinical Social Worker (LMSW-C) in Michigan, and I’ve been helping people navigate life’s challenges for over 25 years. I spent much of my career as a School Social Worker, where I supported students and families from preschool through graduation. Over the years, I’ve worked with children, teens, and adults to build confidence, strengthen coping skills, and find a path forward in difficult times.

In my school and community work, I provided one-on-one support, small groups, classroom lessons, and crisis response. I also partnered with families to advocate for their needs, connect them with resources, and help students grow both academically and emotionally. Along the way, I gained experience in a wide variety of settings — including inpatient and outpatient mental health, the criminal justice system, and substance use treatment.

I began working in private practice in 2024 to continue doing what I love most: creating a safe, supportive space where people can share openly, feel understood, and work toward meaningful change. In my practice, I support individuals across the lifespan, with a particular focus on teenagers through adulthood.  I also enjoy working with parents, offering guidance and empathy as they support their families through change. My goal is to meet you where you are, listen without judgment, and walk alongside you as you discover your strengths and take steps toward healing and growth.

Whether you’re facing a major transition or simply want to feel more at peace in your daily life, I’m here to help - step by step.

Let's take the next step together.
